VERN painted a large-scale portrait mural on a wheatpasted paper panel mounted on brick along Traction Avenue. The piece depicts a Native American elder rendered in teal, cyan, yellow, pink, and black spray paint with heavy outline work and colour fade. VERN’s name appears at the bottom in large red dripping letters. A separate ‘Your Vote Counts’ paste-up occupies the adjacent brick, and a HAI VERN handstyle tag sits at lower left.
