A collection of vintage American metal lunch boxes covers a purple interior wall in Palm Desert. Titles span the peak era of licensed tin production, roughly 1960s through 1980s, and include Welcome Back Kotter, Popeye, The Muppet Show, The Osmonds, Superman, Alien, and Muhammad Ali among others. Most boxes were manufactured by Aladdin Industries in Nashville. A lava lamp and air hockey table occupy the foreground.
